| A |  | To verify that you have a heat pump, look at the labels on the outside portion of your HVAC unit ( if it is a Heat pump this is your heat exchanger). Somewhere on the unit, it should say heat pump, if it is a heat pump. Also if you have an "O" or a "B" wire you most likely have a heat pump.
